Here we go again....

container ship

dismantling

ready for movers

Yes, here we go again, changing countries. This time we are heading back to France. We felt isolated and missed the family and friends in the UK very much, in spite of the good weather, so we decided to return to the place we were happiest - France.

Car Washing

using a plastic container as he broke the bucket when
he stepped into it as he came off the ladder washing the windows :)
Keith did not think it was funny, I could not stop laughing !

So Sunday we decided to clean the windows, outside. Perhaps I should say Keith cleaned them with an extension pole and I stood holding the ladder and directing operations, sorry no pics.

Also the car got a wash and clean inside and out, I did help with this.

A New Tool

trimming the hedge, so much better with the right tool

Keith purchased a new power tool, a hedge trimmer, he is having withdrawal symptoms due to lack of use of power tools. I must admit the trimming was completed in no time.

Peruvian Lunch

crab, prawns, calamari, mussels - yummy

Chef Jorge showing us one of the fishes he will be cooking

one of the starters

it must have been good

our table

Thank you kids for the great pressie. We went to a Peruvian lunch offered by Gourmet Safari , Sydney (google it). The restuarant was opened exclusively for the 58 safari guests, we indulged in 5 starters and 4 mains, all fish dishes prepared the Peruvian way, absolutely delicous and a lot of fun.

Chef Jorge explained what was being prepared and how it was cooked, how to make the various sauces. The atmosphere was great and we really enjoyed the experience.
